Refund policy

Every piece is thoughtfully selected to bring beauty and timeless style into your life. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for returns.

Here’s how it works:

• Initiate a Return by emailing us at designsbymichellegarcia@gmail.com with your Order Number in the Subject line.
• All returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and can be used toward any future purchase at Michelle Garcia Couture.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
